Caller seeks help getting vehicle registration

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Memorial Parkway in Huntsville about a person requesting police to stand by while they retrieved vehicle registration from a car. The officers reportedly informed the caller that this is not something they normally do and that roadside assistance should allow access to the registration in the vehicle.
