Suspicious black car reported; driver allegedly trying to lure children

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received a call reporting a black car near Holly Hawk Drive where a male allegedly tried to get children to come to his vehicle on a prior night. The caller advised the vehicle/male is back in the area now. Vehicle tag information was provided to dispatch (number withheld).
