Suspicious blue sedan checked near Hook and Reel

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Hook and Reel in Hyattsville for a report of a man in a blue sedan with Virginia registration. They located the vehicle, confirmed the man was conscious and breathing, and ran registration and owner information. There was also mention of a separate single-vehicle crash on Rhode Island Avenue.
