Report of van driving erratically on Highway 17

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a maroon van driving erratically on Highway 17 before stopping near a convenience store in Iberia, Missouri. The reporting party was no longer following the vehicle and declined to give a formal report or provide video footage.
