Reckless four-wheeler driving on White Rock Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to the area of White Rock Road in Imboden, Arkansas, for a report of a neighbor riding a four-wheeler recklessly on a gravel road, nearly hitting someone head-on and throwing gravel that struck a truck. Officers also checked an Illinois identification record during the stop.
