Unlicensed black sedan flees attempted traffic stop

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports an officer attempted a traffic stop on an unlicensed black sedan with heavy window tint near a parking lot off Southwood Boulevard. The vehicle reportedly sped away at a high rate of speed toward State Route 28, and other units were advised to stop the car if seen in the area.
