Intoxicated man yelling and damaging property

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a report of a suspicious man near East Allendale who reportedly knocked over a sign, was yelling, appeared possibly intoxicated, and may be carrying a weapon while holding a drawstring bag.
