Police check gray Nissan near South Main

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic check on a gray Nissan with no visible plates near South Main and H Street in Independence. The vehicle was later identified as a 2023 Nissan Altima registered to a female on Evans Avenue in Keizer.
