Report of possibly stolen gray car at 3rd and Washington

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near (number withheld) Street and Washington Street for a possible stolen gray car. Multiple gray vehicles were found in the area, and officers attempted to identify which driver was involved. No one at the scene wished to provide names or press charges.
