Two-vehicle crash on A1A injures two people

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle collision involving two vehicles near Marquis and A1A in Indian Harbour Beach. Two patients were reported, including one with an apparent back injury, and fire units managed both northbound and southbound lanes of A1A to keep one lane open southbound.
