Resident reports planned drug use in parked vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint from a caller on Susan Drive about a vehicle that reportedly left the area but may return later that night so occupants can smoke suspected drugs. Officers were advised and told that response was at their discretion.
