Argument at Twin Palms Waterfront Apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported disturbance between a male and a female at an apartment complex on 18th Avenue in Indian Rocks Beach. The open phone line suggested yelling, crying, and arguing, and the female was described as possibly intoxicated.
