Hit-and-run suspect detained, second person at large

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond near the intersection of Century Boulevard and Avalon Boulevard for a possible misdemeanor hit‑and‑run. A citizen reportedly flagged officers down about a male and female who fled from the scene. The male suspect has been detained, while the female suspect appears to have left the area. Additional male suspects were reported walking north on Figueroa Street.
