Patrol car hit by tow truck at East Monroe and Cottonwood

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports that patrol unit 161 was involved in a traffic accident with a tow truck near East Monroe Street and North Cottonwood Street in Iola. Another unit was sent to the scene and an external report may be needed.
