Speeding semi-truck passing in restricted zone

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a red semi truck with a trailer speeding and passing in a restricted zone near the 3000 block of State Highway 258 East, possibly headed toward Kamay. The caller reported the incident occurred about nine minutes before the radio broadcast.
