Female found unconscious and breathing in street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Ash Street and Seventh Street in Ireton, Iowa, for a woman found lying face down in the street, unconscious but breathing, with CPR in progress and a possible diabetic condition reported.
