Welfare check requested on elderly couple at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report from a friend requesting a welfare check on an elderly couple at a home on South Bohn Street in Iron River after an unfamiliar male answered their phone and hung up. An officer was requested to follow up with the caller after the welfare check.
