Resident threatens to stab staff at Charlotte Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a threats complaint from staff at a residence on Charlotte Street involving an adult resident who allegedly threatened to stab staff. A psychiatric evaluation and law enforcement response were requested. No stabbing attempt had been reported at the time of the call.
