Elderly driver in sideswipe crash near 5th and Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers contacted an elderly woman near the intersection of 5th Street and Park Avenue after a possible sideswipe collision. Her parked vehicle, possibly a black Chevy Impala, appeared to have visible damage on the passenger side near a street light by a dumpster area.
