Passenger spat on through car window on Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports that a caller driving on Main Street said a male ran up to their vehicle and spat in a passenger’s face through an open window. The vehicle then continued to a grocery store parking lot on North Main Street, where they are waiting for officers.
