Man found asleep or unconscious in red pickup truck

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested for a possibly unconscious male in a red pickup truck near Gary Street just off West Plymouth Street. A dog was also present in the vehicle. Officers conducted a drive-by and did not find anyone passed out in any vehicle. Several car doors were open as people were moving out of the residence nearby.
