Patient with altered mental status and pacing rhythms

As discussed during the dispatch call, a patient experienced altered mental status and is now alert and oriented near E Michigan Ave in Jackson. Vital signs show normal breathing and blood pressure is low. Oxygen levels improved with supplemental oxygen. Fluids are being administered and patient reports weakness but no chest pain or shortness of breath. Transport to hospital estimated in 6 minutes.
