Driver reportedly using bright lights on US 89

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a traffic complaint on US 89 northbound near mile marker 141 by Jackson. A caller reported a red Jeep pickup with many stickers on the back allegedly using bright lights that were shining on vehicles ahead, possibly controlled by a switch, and provided an unknown state license plate number.
