Child reported missing found safe at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to an address near Woodworth Avenue in Jamestown after a caller reported an incident involving a cell phone and a possibly missing child from the East 8th and Fulton area. After checking multiple apartments, officers later reported that the child was located safely at home.
