77-year-old female passes out near Jamestown

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders assist a woman, approximately 77 years old, who passed out near Chestnut Street in Jamestown, close to Campbell and Railroad streets. She is conscious but weak. Additional manpower was requested.
