Unresponsive man reported on Main Street in Jane Lew

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews and law enforcement were dispatched to the Main Street area in Jane Lew for a report of an unresponsive male subject described as cold to the touch with blood coming from his nose; the caller was trying to roll him over.
