Illegal dumping reported on Rocky Brook Farm Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of possible illegal dumping near Rocky Brook Farm Road off Urban Road. The caller stated that two people in a green Chevy S10 pickup with a gray front fender were seen throwing bags of trash over a hill between nearby residences before leaving toward Lewis County Park on the east side of Rowan Road.
