Person with numbness and consciousness loss on highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers coordinated a medical response on US Highway 14 eastbound near Ocean Road in Janesville for a person with numb hands and face who was reportedly going in and out of consciousness. A trooper was on scene and requested that EMS increase their response priority, with an estimated arrival time of about 15 minutes.
