On Switzki between 18 and Marsh, caller advised that any subject must hit one of the trees that were down. He believes there's a substantial amount of damage onto the vehicle. There are vehicle parts left behind and a broken window on the east side of the road in that area. He didn't know if we needed this information for our report. 3.8-10-4-26. 642.
