White SUV loses bumper after crash on Oak Grove Circle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible vehicle accident near Oak Grove Circle involving a white SUV that reportedly lost its bumper near a residence and then pulled over near Oak Road. A deputy was en route from the hospital area.
