Woman with shortness of breath and rapid heart rate

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded to Highway 265 near Jefferson for a 55-year-old female with shortness of breath and a rapid heart rate. She was alert and recently discharged from hospital with a history of atrial fibrillation and heart failure.
