Unresponsive elderly woman breathing after hospital discharge

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a residence near Vaughn Pond Road in Jeffersonville for an elderly woman who was breathing but unresponsive. She had recently been discharged from the hospital following heart and kidney failure and a urinary tract infection.
