Car briefly catches fire during jump-start attempt

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of a vehicle that briefly caught fire while someone attempted to jump-start it near a gas station on State Street in Jeffersonville. The fire was reported to be out, but the person was still trying to start the vehicle.
