Report of young man acting suspicious in neighborhood

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to investigate a report of a suspicious young man near West 117th Street South in Jenks. He was described as wearing a blue windbreaker and a black hat worn backward and was reported to be about 19 years old.
