Wire reported down on Hill Alley in Joffre

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched near Shinn Hill and Hill Alley for a possible downed wire. Crews were also sent to Interstate 79 northbound near the 44.5 mile marker in North Strabane Township for a reported three-car crash with unknown injuries and one vehicle still in the roadway.
