Caller pulled over to give us a phone call no longer following. Unknown if it turned on 37 or continued eastbound on 62. Color advised the semi-truck trailer was pulling crooked and it was... sticking off onto the white side, the right-hand shoulder of the lane. The plate he gave was Nevada plate 1-8652, 18652 out of Nevada. That's 5-1-clear at 10-255.
