Man reports assault and knife threat at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment complex on North Ottawa Street for a reported battery and possible mental health episode. A caller said a woman attacked him and threatened to stab him with a knife, though no knife was seen. The caller waited outside while the woman remained inside with her husband, and both the caller and the husband requested police. Emergency medical services were asked to stage nearby as a precaution.
