Gray Jeep Grand Cherokee reported stolen

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers investigated a report that a 2013 gray Jeep Grand Cherokee was just stolen from a location on North 8th Street in Junction City. The SUV reportedly has a gray recliner in the back and a large scratch on the passenger door. A deputy later followed a similar gray Jeep with the reported Kansas license plate on Dunlap Road, and the plate was confirmed as registered out of Geary County. A nearby school camera may have recorded the apparent theft.
