Man found unconscious with syringe in parking garage

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a possibly unconscious man with a syringe beside him on the second level stairwell of the downtown transit center parking garage in Juneau. Medic One and Engine 11 arrived and began checking on the man.
