Intoxicated man found lying on sidewalk downtown

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a welfare check for a man lying partly in a parking space near Shattuck Way and Municipal Way in Juneau. Medical personnel assisted and transported the man to a hospital, with alcohol apparently involved.
