Irate man reported at county clerk office

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to an alarm activation at the county clerk’s office near Court Street in Kahoka, Missouri. A male who had reportedly been irate with employees was contacted near the courthouse and later in a red SUV, and officers were asked to stop and speak with him if he made any threats.
