Traffic stop on unlicensed trailer on North First

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conducted a traffic stop on an unlicensed trailer in the 300 block of North First Street in Kalama. The trailer had an Oregon license plate, and the driver was reportedly driving out of license class.
