Two-car crash closes westbound I-70 at South 7th St

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported two-vehicle crash on westbound I-70 near South 7th Street. Police and highway patrol units were already on scene, and fire and medical units arrived to assist. All westbound lanes were apparently shut down just before the 7th Street exit while responders assessed the scene and helped those involved, who appeared to be out of their vehicles.
