Male patient with chest pain and breathing difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS (KCFD Medic 36) reports transporting a 60-year-old male to Research Medical Center for reported chest pain and difficulty breathing. Patient has a history of CHF, had initial low blood pressure (about 70/40), is on IV fluids and 4L nasal cannula (SpO2 about 94%), and is alert but not fully oriented (GCS 14).
