if the truck was off the shoulder and the tires where not on road. why would it be a problem? is that not not public property? WE all see vehicles parked on the side of the roads and they are not ever ticketed . and with the k view bar there are cars always parked so close to the road us by passing. get worried that the cars are going to pull out and find out that they are just park so close to the road. for our safety. the cars should be parked more away from the road. winter is coming and roads will be slippery let's just hope 🙏 that some one's car don't get someone in a accident. thank you for lessening. have a good day . a concerned neighbor.
