Youths jump locked gate at Joy Park Apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible juvenile trespassing issue at an apartment complex near Highway 96, where three minors reportedly jumped a locked gate. A courtesy officer was noted as not being on scene yet.
