Person found unconscious at Jovi's Smart Shop in Katy

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched for a possible unconscious person at a business near Fry Road and Cleve Road in Katy, Texas. A separate medical call was also reported at a residence near Crescent Moon Drive and Buffalo Bend.
