As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are investigating a report that a tow truck removed a vehicle without notifying police near the (number withheld) block of the Katy Freeway by the Highway 6 off-ramp. The vehicle reportedly had a handgun inside, and the owner is trying to locate it.
