Vehicle and deer collision on I-275 near Willow Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible crash involving a gray vehicle and a deer on northbound I-275 near South Huron Road, just north of Willow Road. The vehicle is on the right shoulder and it is unknown if the deer is blocking traffic or still alive.
