Wheelchair-bound woman has behavioral meltdown at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 35-year-old wheelchair-bound female near Paradise Dr appears to be having a behavioral meltdown. She reportedly refused to cooperate, previously slapped and punched the reporting party, and is currently on the bedroom floor. Police reportedly unavailable. Medic 18 arrived on scene.
